The Role
We’re at a pivotal moment. With three product launches this quarter alone, we need a Sales Growth Lead to take ownership of revenue strategy, drive commercial success, and scale adoption across multiple AI-powered products.
We operate five subnets—distributed AI networks focused on data scraping, protein folding, chat inference, and large-scale model training. As our first dedicated sales hire, you'll play a critical role in turning cutting-edge AI research into a sustainable, high-growth business.
This is a high-impact position where you’ll define go-to-market strategies, build sales pipelines, establish key partnerships, and drive revenue growth in both SaaS and emerging AI-driven markets. You’ll work closely with engineering, ML researchers, and product teams to ensure our solutions reach the right customers—whether they’re enterprise clients, AI startups, or Web3-native organizations.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for multiple AI-powered products, aligning sales and marketing efforts to drive adoption and revenue.
- Build and optimize a scalable sales pipeline, from outbound prospecting to closing high-value deals with AI-driven businesses and enterprise clients.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand our reach in Web3, AI, and enterprise SaaS markets.
- Own and track key sales metrics—revenue growth, lead conversion, sales cycle efficiency—ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Shape messaging and positioning, working with marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral, product narratives, and customer pitches.
- Lead high-value negotiations with early adopters, investors, and enterprise customers.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, delivery, and marketing teams to create compelling sales assets and campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, growth, or business development, ideally within AI, machine learning, or Web3.
- Proven success in launching and scaling B2B SaaS products, with a track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong experience in outbound sales, account management, and enterprise deal negotiation.
- Understanding of AI, machine learning, and decentralized technologies (Web3 knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to craft and execute go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Data-driven mindset, using KPIs to track success, optimize sales cycles, and improve performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
